‘Feeding the resistance’ cookbook is absolutely fantastic! I bought it mainly to donate but have spent months cooking all of the recipes. This book has made our family more committed to a plant based diet. Most of the recipes are better than if they were non vegan and much healthier too. The mint slice is incredible! Has a beautiful variety of dishes too. I read cook book all the time and this one is fabulous.

Loving Lisa Searle’s cookbook ‘Feeding the Resistance’, just made the first recipe Aubergine Involtini and it was superb. Made it for a friend who is not vegan but has alot of dietary restrictions and so mostly people just give him something boring and bland. He was overwhelmed that someone made him such a beautifully delicious meal. Defending the forest and culinary deliciousness, thanks gang!

Your recent newsletter said if we ordered before 5 pm tomorrow (15th April) we can pick up from one of the Adani convoy stops. I have just placed an order and I was charged for postage, Please do not post it to me as I will not receive it before we leave.

Quite right Mark – this is a bit of a Tassie political in-joke. One of our tourism generalissimos down here is Simon Currant and he is famous for his influence over government policy. Hence the word play…
